At Banana Club, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back into their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
